Once upon a time, in a small town, there were a king, a queen and a princess. Near this village there lived a dragon in a cave of a mountain. the dragon was black. every day the dragon ate a person. That was terrible! Everyone was frightened. there was no one brave enough to save the dragon. One day, the dragon wanted to eat the princess. the dragon took the princess and brought her into his cave. The king and queen were very sad. But that day, a good horseman came to town. It was a brave man and rode a white horse. It was St Jordi. When St Jordi heard the cries of the king and the queen he said:"I will kill the dragon!"
The good knight St Jordi went with his white horse up to the cave. After that he entered the cave with his spear and killed the dragon. The dragon's blood fell on the groun of the cave. A rose was born from the dragon's blood. St Jordi gave the red rose as a sign of his love for the beatiful princes.
